  • Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Items that are damaged, altered, or not in their original condition will not be eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Certain items, such as personalized products, perishable goods, and clearance items, are not eligible for return.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  2. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely and include a copy of your purchase receipt.
  4. Ship the item back to the return address provided in the return instructions.

3. Refund Policy

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

4. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item, please mention the replacement item details in your return request.

6. Cancellations
